Early in the design process, Monica called Final Jeopardy a "scary cartoon," and establishing a contrast between the cartoon world and the real world would be chiefly my job. Peter Holm designed a set that reflected color washes brilliantly, and I used bright yellow to create the carton world, and light blue to create the real world. Along with Lindsey Bolger's costumes, my lighting helped the realize the parallel realities of Campbell's script.
